Rockpointe Community Condominiums Resort-like Living at The picturesque Rockpointe Community Condominiums in Chatsworth, CA. Built in 1969 through 1980 the Rockpointe Community consists of 739 condos and townhomes sited amidst sprawling, green grass, winding paths and mature trees and  nestled between two beautiful parks that feature hiking and equestrian trails at the trail head of the Santa Susana Pass Historic Park. Rockpointe Community Condominiums were  built between 1969 and 1980 depending on the phase. There are 739 units in the complex ranging  in size from 1,042 to 2,138 square feet and can have two to five bedrooms. They are available as one story condos or two story townhouses.
